Will Travel for Thickers........

Yep that's right?! I drove over 125 miles for these puppies & it was worth every moment!

The story:
Umm Megan call's Chrstina at 7:45 AM, "Me & Chase are going to Big Lots wanna go?", Me " ohh, man i really shoudn't , few seconds later, girls wanna go shopping & out to lunch with Megan & Chase?" ~ few seconds later i got eager yes's. At 8:30 we were showered & out the door, by 10 AM we were helping the BL clerk price packages of thickers, thanks to Megan's charm, she got the boxes out of the stockroom fresh off the delivery truck & yep that's us on the floor in heaven!LOL ~Long story short, i went on to another BL this evening with my mom hostage & more damage was done. I think in all we purchased 71 packs of Thickers-is that crazy or what?

The big question????, YES there are plenty left so run don't walk to your nearest Big Lots! Did i mention they are only $2 a pack.

Pool Time...

I got an amazing deal on this pool after last years season, so the girls got a pool for Christmas, well since Memorial Day weekend is the official pool opening season, we spent the day putting ours together, 8 hours later filling it with two hoses it is now full & ice cold-LOL, hopefully this week will be full of sunshine to warm it up, the girls thought they could handle the cold water, it only took one dip for them to decide that indeed it was very cold...

After a tractor ride around the yard with Uncle David, he brought a tree frog for tristan to play with , he was a little unsure~




Tristan loves the dolphin swing, soo much Aunt Christina is gonna let him take it home :)

Thanks to my inlaws for watching Isabelle & Olivia, i got to enjoy Madilynn's last field trip of first grade with her, the class went to Long Grove, IA to the Strawberry Patch. Loads of fun!!!

Getting some Mojo back...

Okay so i was going crazy not scrappin' & couldn't get my self going for the life of me, in the mean time I emptied a toy room & made Madilynn her own room (still need to paint,get a computer desk, & curtains). I have organized Scrap goodies for Scrapaganza's Fall Garage Sale, organized my scrap room a bit & decided i needed to scrap things that were weighing me down to get my mojo going again , such as photos that i don't have organized in albums yet & the piles & oodles of the not so "new" Scrap goodies i have collected. I have some very exciting projects i need to get going on, that i can share in the future. So here's what i started with, Adventureland pics from last summer, figured i better get them scrapped before we go again this summer~LOL

Playing with a sheet of Moxxie p.p., cut it apart & used it along with a piece of Fancy Pants new Kraft Kuts, added a snippet of ribbon & a few buttons.

used some more of my Imaginisce goodies, along with my

Xyron

adhesives.
Hand drew some lines & doodled around the edges.
